An elegant and effective way to produce quality cold brewed coffee at home. What's great about cold brew? It's rich, smooth and contains less than half the acids of traditional hot brew methods. The Hario Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee Pot is also simple to use.
Instructions:
- Add approximately 80 grams of ground coffee to 1100ml of water
- Steep the grounds in the internal permanent filter for 8-12 hours
- Combine cold brew with water and enjoy over ice - with milk or black. It's a great summer time cooler!
The Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee pot is made with high quality heatproof glass, as with all the Hario products.

Coffee remains at its peak quality for 7 to 40 days from the roast date. After that, it gradually loses its freshness and may result in a less vibrant cup..

What is the difference between a blend and a single-origin?
A blend combines coffees from different regions to balance and enhance flavour profiles. Single-origin coffee, on the other hand, comes from a single farm, offering a distinct and unique taste.

Yes, coffee availability varies by region and season. Our House Blend remains consistent, while our single-origin options change throughout the year. Keep an eye out for new additions to our selection.
What is the best way to store my coffee?
To maintain freshness, store your coffee in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dry place, like a pantry. While our packaging includes a one-way valve, long-term storage is best in airtight containers.
Can I pick up my coffee order?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our Melbourne HQ at 57-59 Stephenson st, Cremorne VIC 3121, during business hours.
